A/C Expansio Valve

 

This is a 15 Seer, 4 Ton, Split A/C system. The expansion Valve start makiong a high pitch noise when the system has been running over 30 mins. It is at time annoying. I have been told it is normal. The system is 11 months old.

What are your thoughts?
